DAY 01- INDIA - BAKU

Meals Dinner

Assemble at the Bangalore International airport 03 hours prior to departure of the flight at the International Airport.
Meet & Greet by Benchmark tour manager. Collect Boarding Pass, Clear Security and wait near the gate to board flight to Baku.
Arrive at Hayder Aliyev Airport
Collect baggage & proceed to board the Coach.
Transfer to the hotel and Check-in.
Proceed for the night tour of Baku
Evening proceed for dinner at local Indian Restaurant

DAY 02- BAKU – HIGHLAND PARK – OLD CITY

Proceed to visit Highland Park – Alley of Martyrs. The National Assembly- also transliterated as Milli Majlis, Flame towers-the tallest skyscraper in Baku.
Later you will visit Baku Crystal Hall - an indoor arena in Baku, Azerbaijan. Located on the coast of Baku near National Flag Square, construction of the arena began in August 2011 and finished in April 2012—in time for it to host its first major event, the 2012 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.
Walk through Baku Boulevard which stretches along a south-facing bay on the Caspian Sea.
Lunch at the Indian Restaurant.
Proceed to the Old city or Inner city, it is the historical core of Baku
Visit Trophy Park and return to the hotel.

DAY 03- BAKU – ZOROASTRIAN

Proceed to Zoroastrian. It is the burning mountain. Excursion to the Zoroastrian ‘Ateshgah’ the temple of the fire worshippers.

DAY 04- BAKU – GOBUSTAN

Visit Bibi Hebat Mosque- The historical mosque of Baku

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, road blockage, political disturbances(strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is to be paid directly on spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation& land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges 2.5% on the total billing.

Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
Once an air ticket is issued, a date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to the demand of an airline the in / out points may change. Services, however, will remain unchanged.
In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to the availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided

Indian dinners and local meals are pre-set and a-la-carte is not possible.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, the threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible because in some cities coaches are restricted.
On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For convenience.

Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1200hrs - and Check-Out time is 1100hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
