DAY 01 - ARRIVE HELSINKI

DAY 02 - Santa Claus Safari

- Santa Claus Safari (06Hours). Our most popular safari combines nature, culture and the spirit of Christmas. The day starts with a visit to local reindeer farm where you will hear more about reindeer husbandry and Lappish culture. You can take a short reindeer ride and attend a special ceremony of crossing the Arctic Circle. In the afternoon the trip continues by car to Santa Claus Village with time to do shopping in Santa Claus Village. You will also have an opportunity to send postcards from Santa Claus main post office. During the day you get to meet Santa Claus himself, attend a snowmobile safari and enjoy a delicious lunch in a cozy restaurant. And you will get a Diploma for crossing the Arctic Circle!

DAY 03 - Rovaniemi – Saariselka

DAY 04 - Reindeer Safari - Saariselka

- Reindeer Safari (02Hrs) This safari introduces you to the Northern transport – reindeer sleigh. In the old days the only means of winter transportation for the people of Lapland was on sleighs pulled by reindeer. Often there could be as many as 25 - 30 reindeer in a long raito caravan. You will experience this traditional, peaceful way of moving through snowscapes where the only sound you will hear is the light ringing of reindeer bells. Warm drink will be served by the fire.
- Aurora Borealis Safari by Snowmobile.
- During this leisurely safari you can just sit back and enjoy the view and ride! Your guide will take you to the fell district to see the beautiful fell scenery with open view to the northern sky. Your journey will head towards a beautiful wilderness location where you can enjoy warm berry juice while admiring the nature. If we are lucky and the sky is clear, the moon, stars and even the Northern Lights may appear!

DAY 05 - Saariselka - Helsinki

DAY 06 - Helsinki Panorama tour - Helsinki

- Helsinki Panorama tour. Helsinki Panorama Sightseeing is a popular sightseeing tour showing you the most important sights and giving you an excellent view of past and present of Helsinki. The tour takes in the most interesting parts of Helsinki, such as the historical center, City Hall, The Parliament buildings, Finlandia Hall and the Opera House. Stop at the Temppeliaukio Church (Rock Church) or at the Sibelius Monument (if the church is closed). The tour ends near the Esplanade Park. The tour includes sound effects and commentary in 10 languages with headphones. The tour is operated by a comfortable double decker bus with good views! There's heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and room for your personal luggage in the bus.

- Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from route of your air ticket.

- Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What your Tour Price includes’ box.
- Taxes as applicable to be paid extra on the total tour price.
- If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges 2.5% on the total billing.

- Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement
- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
- Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
- Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
- The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged.
- In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided
- Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints if any
- Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
- The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
- The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
- Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
- Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1600hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.
- For Hotel change/cancellation fee, vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates.For exact cancellation/change fee, please call us.
- Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
- Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
- Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
- Please note the rooms in Europe is Standard room and its very small.

PAYMENT TERM FOR THE DEPARTURE
BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:
- Via online payment gateway.
- Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
- NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
- CASH.
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
