DAY 01: SIEM REAP ARRIVAL & SIGHTSEEING

• Arrival at Siem Reap airport; greeted and transferred to the hotel by local representative.
• Visit the West Baray Big Pond, an ancient water reservoir built by the Khmer people.
• Explore Wat Thmei (Killing Field), featuring a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of Khmer Rouge victims.
• Visit "Les Artisans d'Angkor – Chantiers Ecole," showcasing the finest authentic Khmer arts and crafts.

DAY 02: FULL-DAY ANGKOR TOUR

• Explore the South Gate of Angkor Thom, a 3 km² walled and moated royal city, the last capital of the Angkorian Empire.
• Visit the famous Bayon Temple, known for its intricate architectural design.
• See the Terrace of the Elephants, a 300-meter-long terrace adorned with carved elephants.
• Visit Baphuon Temple, a huge temple mountain located in the heart of Angkor Thom.
• Explore the Royal Palace Area and Phimeanakas, an impressive sandstone pyramid.
• Visit the Terrace of the Leper King, featuring a double terrace wall with deeply carved mythical beings.
• Visit Ta Prohm Temple, known for its fusion of human-made structures and natural beauty, with giant trees growing around the ruins.
• Afternoon: Visit Angkor Wat, the iconic temple built in the 12th century by King Suryavarman II, dedicated to the Hindu God Vishnu.
• Evening: Free time to enjoy the lively atmosphere at bars and pubs in Angkor Night Market.

DAY 03: SIEM REAP SIGHTSEEING & EXPRESS BUS TO PHNOM PENH

• Visit the Floating Villages, located 10 km south of Siem Reap, and take a traditional wooden boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake.
• Visit Wat Bo, an 18th-century pagoda with unique wall paintings of the Reamker (Ramayana).
• Explore a local market before having lunch at a local restaurant (at your own expense).
• Afternoon: Departure to Phnom Penh by express bus (option to fly available with additional surcharge).
• Evening: Arrive in Phnom Penh, known for its traditional Khmer and colonial-style architecture.
• Overnight: Stay at a hotel in Phnom Penh.

DAY 04: FULL-DAY PHNOM PENH TOUR

• Visit the Royal Palace complex, built in 1866, with its colorful Khmer-style architecture.
• Explore the Silver Pagoda, home to numerous Buddha statues decorated with gold, diamonds, gemstones, and silver.
• Stop by the Independence Monument.
• Visit the National Museum, showcasing over 5000 art pieces made of bronze, wood, gold, silver, copper, and sandstone.
• Pass through the river-front park where four rivers meet, including the mystical Mekong.
• Walk up to Phnom Daun Penh, a sacred hill and the namesake of Phnom Penh.
• Afternoon: Visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21), a former Khmer Rouge interrogation and extermination camp.
• Have lunch (at your own expense) and enjoy shopping at the bustling Russian Market.
• Overnight: Stay at a hotel in Phnom Penh.
