Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: Arrival at Helsinki

Meals

  • After arrival at the Helsinki airport, transfer to your hotel and check in.
  • Helsinki, the capital of Finland, is a vibrant seaside city of beautiful islands and great green parks. The city’s rhythm is laid back yet at the same time refreshingly active in terms of both the number and quality of restaurants and nightclubs.
DAY 2: Helsinki

Meals

  • Friendly, Scandinavian, functional, compact, easy to reach - Helsinki is all these and much more.
  • Take the guided city tour and the main highlights include Helsingin Tuomiokirkko, Market Square, Temppeliaukio Church, Uspenskin Cathedral, Sibelius Park. The historic quarters that lie between the Market Square and Senate Square are home to numerous cafés and restaurants.
DAY 3: Helsinki to Stockholm overnight cruise

Meals

  • Start your day with trip to the Suomenlinna Fortress!
  • The Suomenlinna fortress was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List as a unique monument of military architecture. In the evening, take overnight cruise to Stockholm and enjoy live entertainment, duty free shopping, sightseeing.
DAY 4: Stockholm

Meals

  • Stockholm is modern, dynamic and ever evolving.
  • Take the guided city tour and visit Stockholm City Hall, Sergel Square, Old Town (Gamla Stan – is one of the largest and best-preserved medieval city centers in Europe). 
  • Discover Nobel Museum, explore Royal palace and see changing of guards ceremony. Visit the famous Vasa museum and Viking museum and get to know about the history of Sweden.
DAY 5: Stockholm to Oslo

Meals

      • After breakfast drive towards Oslo, the capital of Norway. Enroute you will see Lake Vänern and Karlstad, one of the sunniest towns in Sweden. Enjoy the incredible landscape on the way to Norway. Check in at hotel and have a relaxed evening.
DAY 6: Oslo

Meals

  • Have a relaxed morning and later take the guided city tour and visit Inner Harbour Aker Brygge, Vigeland Park,
  • City Hall and Karl Johans Gate Street. Visit the charming Akershus Festning, enjoy nature around Royal Palace and Oslo Nobel Peace Center.
DAY 7: Oslo to Flam

Meals

  • Your luggage will be transferred from Oslo hotel to Bergen hotel. Start your day with ‘Norway in a nutshell’ tour. It
  • is a paradise for those who seek unique and spectacular experiences in nature! Be amazed by the thundering waterfalls cascading down the mountainsides! Experience the Flam Railway (Flamsbana) –one of the steepest train lines in the world and a train bound for Myrdal.
DAY 8: Flam to Bergen

Meals

  • This deep blue fjord, has towering high cliffs on either side and many waterfalls. Isolated farms and picturesque villages dot the breath-taking landscape. Travel through the beautiful landscapes, mountain passes and fjords to reach Bergen – the city between the seven fjords.
DAY 9: Bergen

Meals

  • Enjoy the guided city sightseeing tour. The Fløibanen funicular in Bergen is one of Norway’s best-known attractions. Fløibanen can be found in the heart of Bergen, 150 m from Fisketorget - the fish market –and Bryggen wharf. Explore the beautiful Hanseatic town on the west coast of Norway, the old Hanseatic warehouses, the cathedral and colorful wooden houses.
DAY 10: Bergen to Copenhagen

  • After breakfast, take the day cruise to Copenhagen. Check in hotel. Rest of the time at leisure.
DAY 11: Copenhagen

Meals

  • After breakfast, enjoy the guided city tour. Take city view from Rundetaarn and visit Trinitatis Kirke. Take the short walk to Strøget, Copenhagen’s famous walking street, in the heart of the Old Town. You will also go past the colorful harbor district of Nyhavn to Amalienborg Palace. This may be followed by a visit to the Gefion Fountain and The Little Mermaid, inspired by H. C. Andersen’s fairytale.
DAY 12: Departure

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Your Scandinavian trip ends here.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
  • Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room. 
  • Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect. 
  • Once an air ticket is issued, a date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
  • The rights to vary, amend, alter, or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to the demand of an airline, the in / out points may change. Services, however, will remain unchanged. 
  • In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to the availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided.
  • Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints if any. 
  • Indian dinners and local meals are pre-set, and a-la-carte is not possible. 
  • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers. 
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, the threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers. 
  • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services. 
  • The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible because in some city’s coaches are restricted.  
  • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit. 
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc. Not utilized on your tour. For convenience.
  • The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us. 
  • Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled. 
  • Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking. 
  • Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable. 
  • Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1200hrs - and Check-Out time is 1100hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. 
  • For Hotel change/cancellation fee, vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please call us. 
  • Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel. 
  • Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
  • Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
