After breakfast. Embark on a full day city tour of rome. Visit the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill to explore the ancient ruins.
Take a stroll through the charming streets of Trastevere and visit the Vatican City including St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums (home to the Sistine Chapel)

Day 03 Pisa and Florence

Meals

After breakfast. Leave Rome and travel to Pisa, where you can take an orientation tour of the city and visit the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa at the Square of Miracles.
Afterward, continue your journey to Florence and check-in at hotel.

Day 04 Florence Sightseeing

Meals

After breakfast. Explore the beautiful city of Florence on an orientation tour. Visit the Florence Cathedral(Duomo), Giotto’s Campanile and the Baptistery.
Take a walk across the Ponte Vecchio and visit the Uffizi Gallery to see the world-renowned renaissance art.

Day 05 Venice

After breakfast. Travel to Venice.
Visit St. Mark’s Square, explore St. Mark’s Basilica and admire the stunning architecture of the Doge’s Palace.
Take a gondola ride through the picturesque canals of Venice and soak in the unique atmosphere city.

Day 06 Innsbruck

After breakfast. Depart from Venice and travel to Innsbruck, Austria
Take an orientation tour of the city, including a visit to the famous Golden Roof.
Enjoy the charming Alpine scenery and explore the historic Old Town of Innsbruck

Day 07 Lucerne

Meals

After breakfast. Travel from Innsbruck to Lucerne, Switzerland.
Visit the iconic Chapel bridge, which offers beautiful views of the city and see the lion monument a tribute to the swiss guards who died during the French Revolution

Day 08 Paris

Meals

After breakfast. Depart from lucerne and travel to Paris, France.
In the evening, you can take a stroll along the champs Elysees and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

Day 09 Paris Sightseeing

After breakfast. Embark on a full day tour of Paris. Visit the Arc de Triomphe and enjoy panoramic views of the city from the top.
Explore the louvre museum, home to famous works of art like the Mona Lisa, and take a walk along the seine river.

Day 10 Paris Opera

After breakfast. Spend the day exploring more of Paris. Visit the stunning Paris opera house, known as Palais Garnier and admire its grand architecture.
Take some time to shop for souvenirs or explore the charming neighborhoods of Montemartre or the Latin Quarter.

Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement
Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged.
In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided

Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.
On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1600hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
Please note the rooms in Europe is Standard room and its very small.
Benchmark will make sure that your Italy tour & vacation will be memorable with this Europe tour & holiday package.

BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:
Via online payment gateway.
Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
CASH.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
