Day 01 Arrival in Amsterdam

Meals

Check into your hotel and rest for a while after a long flight
In the evening, you can head out to explore the city on your own or take a Leisurely walk along the canals.

Day 02 Amsterdam City Tour

Meals

After breakfast. Start your day with a tour of Amsterdam city, visiting attractions such as the royal palace, Anne frank house, and the Van Gogh Museum.
Later you can take a boat tour to the canals to get a unique perspective of the city.

Day 03 Zaanse Schans Windmills, Cheese & Clog Factory

Meals

After breakfast. Drive to Zaanse Schans to see the traditional windmills and learn about the Dutch Cheese and clog- making process.
You can explore the quaint little town and enjoy a traditional Dutch.

Day 04 Bremen Orientation Tour

Meals

After breakfast. Travel to Bremen and take an orientation tour of the city, visiting attractions such as the town hall, Bremen Cathedral, and the Schnoor quarter.
In the evening, you can head to the bottcherstrabe to explore the unique architecture.

Day 05 Hamburg City Tour

Meals

After breakfast. Arrive in Hamburg and start your city tour, visiting attractions such as the St. Michaelis church, Elbphilharmonie, and miniature Wonderland.

Day 06 Copenhangen City Tour

Meals

After breakfast. Travel to Copenhagen and take a city tour, visiting attractions such as the Little Mermaid statue, Tivoli Gardens, and the Nyhavn waterfront.

Day 07 Gothenburg Orientation Tour

Meals

After breakfast. Drive to Gothenburg and take an orientation tour of the city, visiting attractions such as the fish market, Gothenburg Museum of Art and the Liseberg Amusement Park.

Day 08 Oslo City Tour

Meals

After breakfast. Arrive in Oslo and take a city tour, visiting attractions such as the Royal palace, Vigeland Sculpture Park, and the oslo opera house.
Later you can take a stroll along the the waterfront and enjoy some local cuisine.

Day 09 Sognefjord Cruise

Meals

After breakfast. Take a cruise on the Sognefjord, the longest and deepest fjord in Norway, and marvel at the stunning scenery.
You can also stop at various points along the way to explore quaint little villages and take in the natural beauty of the area.

Day 10 Voss & Bregen

Meals

After breakfast. Travel to Voss and enjoy some adventurous activities such as white-water rafting or kayaking.
Later drive to Bergen and take a city tour, visiting attractions such as the Brygen Hanseatic Wharf, Fish Market, and Mount Floyen.

Day 11 Bregen City Tour

Meals

After breakfast. Spend another day exploring Bergen, visiting attractions such as the bergenhus Fortress, St. Mary’s Church, and the Bergen Maritime Museum.
You can also take a scenic train ride on the Flam Railway, one of the steepest railways in the world.

Day 12 Departure

Its time to say goodbye and head back home.

Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged.
In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided

Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.
On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1600hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
Please note the rooms in Europe is Standard room and its very small.

BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:
Via online payment gateway.
Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
CASH.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
