Above Rates are quoted in AU$ and includes GST.

• International & Domestic Flight Tickets are not included in the quote. (It's mentioned in Route Plan as a guide only)

• Tour cost changes if the number of People or Travel Period and Any addition/removal/change in already agreed route plan.

• Final price of the tour is subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation

• If meal request is sent, then Only Vegetarian Meals are included in the quote. Non Vegetarian Meals will cost $3 per person per meal extra on top of the quoted price.

• Standard Insurance is included unless specified for Full Insurance. GPS, Car Seat, Airport Taxes, One Way Fees will be extra unless mentioned as included.

• Some Vehicles even with full insurance would charge you certain amount of Excess and not ZERO Excess. Please check with your Travel Agent or ask when you pick up your vehicle.

• For all self-drive package driver must carry a credit card on his own name with minimum of 3500 AU$ credit for below 25 & 2500 AU$ credit for 25 and above

• Main driver must carry valid driver licence with English text smart card.

• Transportation can only be booked once International & Domestic flight details are received.

• No hotel Pick up or Drop off is available for only Intercity transfers.

• Client need to adhere all route plan timings and notes given in detailed route plan.

• Tour cost is based on point to point transfers in private tour as per the requirement of route plan.

• Freedom Ambassador (Tour Manager) is not included unless mentioned in the quote specifically.
