Day 1 - Arrive New York

Meals

  • On your arrival at the airport in New York, you will be received by our tour representative and get transferred at the hotel.
  •  Later visit to the iconic Central Park in Manhattan.
  • Overnight stay in New York.
Day 2 New York sightseeing

Meals

  • Today after breakfast proceed  for a sightseeing tour of New York.
  • In the evening, you will be taken to the tallest building, the One World Trade Centre. 
  • Later, enjoy a drive across the Times Square, and the Manhattan city 
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Transfer from New York to Washington

Meals

  • Today after check-out from the hotel to embark on a road journey to  Washington D.C.
  • On arrival in Washington, check-in at the hotel.
  • Later, explore this beautiful city visit the Washington Monument, Space Museum and much more.
  •  Overnight stay in Washington.
Day 4 Visit the dreamy Hershey’s Chocolate World

Meals

    • This morning enjoy a  breakfast, and check-out from the hotel to proceed to the Hershey's Chocolate World 
    • Later, drive and  reach Niagara
    • Overnight stay at the hotel
    Day 5 Niagara sightseeing

    Meals

      • After  breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a sightseeing to Niagara Falls. Later visit Goat Island, Cave of the Winds, along with a 'Maid of the Mist'  visit the Skylon Tower.
      • Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
      Day 6 Chicago

      Meals

      • After breakfast fly to Chicago. On arrival in Chicago, you will be received by our local representative and get transferred to the hotel. 
      • Later proceed for a boat tour followed by city orientation tour of Chicago
      • .Later visit Lake Michigan waterfront, and the University of Chicago 
      • Overnight stay at the hotel 
      Day 7 Chicago to Orlando

      Meals

      • Post breakfast, check-out from the hotel, and proceed to the airport to catch your flight to Orlando.
      • On your arrival in Orlando, you will be transferred to the hotel. 
      • Rest of the day is at leisure or shopping
      • Overnight stay in Orlando.
      Day 8 Visit Kennedy Space Centre & Magic Kingdom in Orlando

      Meals

      • After  breakfast, proceed for  popular attractions of Orlando, namely, the Kennedy Space Center, and the Magic Kingdom. Start your  day with a visit to  the Kennedy Space Centre. .
      • Later, proceed to the Magic Kingdom, located inside one of the most popular theme parks in the world, the Disney World. 
      •  Overnight stay at a hotel 
      Day 9 Visit Epcot in Disney World, Orlando

      Meals

      • After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full day tour of Epcot theme park 
      • Get transferred to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
      Day 10 Transfer from Orlando to Canaveral for Bahamas cruise

      Meals

          • After a sumptuous breakfast, check-out from the hotel to proceed to Canaveral - a port of Florida, to begin your cruise journey to the exotic island of Bahamas.
          • On arrival  board the Royal Caribbean cruise to Bahamas. In the evening, explore the luxurious cruise facilities.
          •  Overnight stay onboard
          Day 11 CocoCay island

          Meals

            • Today, you will be taken to one of the Berry Islands of Bahamas, the Coco Cay. Have a full-day tour of Coco Cay.
            • Take a leisurely stroll over Coco Cay Island's beautiful white sand beaches, or participate in exhilarating sports like snorkelling, scuba diving, and parasailing (on own)  In the afternoon, enjoy a delectable barbeque meal on the beach.
            • Later proceed for the  cruise tour to Nassau. 
            • Overnight stay onboard the cruise.
            Day 12 Welcome to Nassau

            Meals

              • After  breakfast, disembark the cruise for a shore excursion at Nassau.
              • Today, you will get the opportunity to visit beautiful Paradise Island, where you may enjoy the tropical weather at Cabbage Beach and visit the Atlantis resort, which is one of the world's most luxury resorts.
              • In the evening, head back to the cruise. 
              • Overnight stay on board in the  cruise.
              Day 13 Transfer to Canaveral

              Meals

                • Enjoy the final meal on the cruise, and disembark as soon as you reach Canaveral. Our representative receives you at the port, and escort you back to Orlando.
                • On arrival in Orlando, check-in at the hotel. 
                • Overnight stay in the hotel.
                Day 14 Departure

                Meals

                • Check - out from the hotel and get transferred to the  airport for your flight back home.

                  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
                    • Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement  
                    • Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room. 
                    • Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect. 
                    • Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
                    • The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged. 
                    • Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible. 
                    • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers. 
                    • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers. 
                    • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services. 
                    • The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.  
                    • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit. 
                    • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
                    • The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us. 
                    • Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled. 
                    • Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking. 
                    • Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable. 
                    • Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is 1400hr-1500hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. 
                    • For Hotel change/cancellation fee, vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates.For exact cancellation/change fee, please call us. 
                    • Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel. 
                    • Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
                    • Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.

                  • PAYMENT TERMS
                  • BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below.  Payments can be made through the following modes: 
                    • Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favour of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore. 
                    • NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount. 
                    • CASH.
                  • All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below. 
                • CANCELLATION POLICY
                  • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
