The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.
On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.

Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.

Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1200hrs - and Check-Out time is 1100hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.

PAYMENT TERM FOR THE DEPARTURE
BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:
1.Via online payment gateway.
2.Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
3.NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
4.CASH.
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing
