Tour Itinerary

Day 01 – ARRIVE MAURITIUS

Meals Dinner

  • Arrive at Mauritius Airport 
  • Clear Immigration Formalities and claim your Baggage. 
  • Meet & Greet by our representative at the Airport. 
  • Transfer to the Hotel and Check in. 
  • Evening at Leisure to Explore the beautiful beach of your resort. 
  • Buffet Dinner at an Indian Restaurant.
  • Overnight Stay at the hotel.
Day 02 – AT MAURITIUS

Meals Lunch Dinner Breakfast

  • Breakfast at the hotel 
  • Proceed for tour covering the Diamond & Ship Model factories / Grand Bassin / Sacred lake / Shiv Temple. 
  • Visit to Chamarel seven colored earth
  • Drive back to hotel via the South West coast. 
  • Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03 – AT MAURITIUS

  • Breakfast at the hotel 
  • Drive to Belle Mare where you can enjoy various watersports like Undersea walk, Parasailing, Tube Ride etc.).
  • Upon Arrival Lunch at Indian Restaurant
  • Drive to Troud`Eau Douce and transfer by speedboat to the exotic French Island Resort Ile Aux Cerfs Tour, you can enjoy miles of unspoiled beaches and many interesting sights. (Speed boat transfer to the Island).  
  • Dinner at Indian Restaurant.
  • Drive to the hotel and Overnight Stay 
Day 04 – Departure

Meals Breakfast

  • Day free till check out time
  • Check out in the afternoon
  • In the evening, proceed to the airport for your return journey

Exclusions
  • Govt. service tax of 5% is applicable on total billing (GST will be applicable as per Govt regulation)
  • Any airfare.
  • Anything not mentioned in the Cost Highlights/ inclusions column
  • Any meal not mentioned in above inclusions 
  • Any Camera Charges which are applicable at any sightseeing place.
  • Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, porter age. 
  • Travel Insurance.
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any sightseeing not mentioned in itinerary
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges 2.5% on the total billing.
  • Peak season supplement charges if any applicable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • The hotels and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation. Rates may change in case of any changes in hotel, transport Airlines cost, government taxes or entrance fees.
  • The airfares are dynamic and subject to change and availability. We will be able to confirm the exact airfare only once the tickets are issued…any fare difference is to be borne by the client 
  • Surcharges may be applicable over and above the holiday price for the requested period. The same will be advised at the time of booking or prior to confirmations.
  • Universal hotel check-in time is between 02.00 pm-03.00 pm and Check-out time is between 10.00 am-12.00 noon depending upon the Hotel / Resort
  • The above given rates are valid for Indian Nationals only
  • Note: Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal. (In case you require Private transfers, the same can be arranged at an additional cost)
  • Passenger Names (as per passport) of the travelers must be provided 45 days prior departure
  • BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below.  The Cheque / Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Bangalore. The balance could be settled prior to Departure.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • 50% of the total tour cost is to be made in advance to process/ confirm the bookings.
  • Balance 50% payment to be received 30 working days prior to departure date.            
  • For booking during peak season we will require full advance payment to enable us to confirm the reservations 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 100% retention charges applicable in case of any amendments/ cancellation if travel dates are during peak season / trade fairs.

AIR TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The change/cancellation fees vary based on airlines rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
  • Partly utilized and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
  • Seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Standard Check-In time is 2 pm and Check-Out time is 0800 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

  • Until 60 days before departure              5% Cancellation Charges
  • Until 45 days before departure             50% Cancellation charge
  • Until 30 days before departure             100% Cancellation charge
  • For Hotel change/cancellation fee, vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please call us.
  • Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged.
  • In case of No Show at the hotel, entire amount will be charged.
  • Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve, Trade Fairs etc... The additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be Borne by the client or can be paid by the client directly at the hotel.
  • Refunds if any shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date of request.
