Day 4 Cappadocia, Goreme, Underground City

- Marvel at the lunar landscape of Cappadocia today as we visit the Goreme Valley Open Air Museum and the fairy chimneys, and explore the many levels of an underground city.

Day 5 Sultanhani Caravansary, Konya

- After Breakfast Leaving Cappadocia we head south, towards Konya, along the ancient Silk Road, visiting Sultanhani Caravansary, just as the ancient traders did.
- Once in Konya we tour the Mevlana Museum, the mausoleum of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi and Alaeddin Mosque.

Day 6 Sagalassos, Pamukkale

- Today we head for Pamukkale and it's calcium travertines. Along the way we visit the ancient site of Sagalassos.
- Conquered by Alexander the Great in 333 BC, earthquakes and plague saw its demise in 541-2.
- Today it is one of the best preserved sites in Turkey and is on the UNESCO Tentaice list.

- Visit the ruins of Hierapolis, the Temple of Apollo, Necropolis, and stroll over the magnificent white calcium terraces of Pamukkale.

- Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement
- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
- Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
- Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
- The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged.
- In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided

- Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
- The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.

- Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
- Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1600hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

- Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
- Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
- Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.

PAYMENT TERM FOR THE DEPARTURE
BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:
- Via online payment gateway.
- Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
- NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
- CASH.
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writin
