Day 01 Bangalore – Dubai

Arrive at Dubai International Airport
Clear Immigration Formalities and claim your Baggage.
Meet & Greet by our representative at the Airport.
Transfer to the Hotel and Check in.
14:00hrs: Proceed to restaurant for Lunch
15:00hrs: Transfer to Hotel for Check in
18:30hrs: Assemble at Lobby to proceed to Marina Cruise with Dinner
Overnight Stay at the hotel.

Day 02 Dubai-City Tour /Desert Safari

10:00hrs: Assemble in the hotel lobby for half day panoramic city tour of Dubai. The tour starts with a photostop at the famous landmark of Dubai, Burj Al Arab, Atlantis Resort, on the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah. Proceed to view the picturesque palace and the famous Jumeirah Mosque.
14:00hrs: Lunch at the Indian restaurant
15:30hrs: Afternoon we take you to Desert Safari tour.

See the golden sand dunes of Arabia on 4-wheel drives

where you experience the thrill of a life time - roller

coaster ride on the sand dunes. While on the journey, you stop on the highest sand dune to view the beautiful sunset for taking some breath-taking photographs and to refresh yourself with a mineral water. We then continue the drive to Campsite, right in the heart of the desert, henna design, local dresses, soft drinks, water, tea or coffee are available for your enjoyment. Try your hands on some camel rides and Hubbly Bubbly (Hookah) in different flavours that suit your taste. Adding to the atmosphere of the night, an enchanting belly dancer performs a fascinating dance to a rhythm of Arabic music. Day 03 Dubai/ Abu Dhabi City Tour

08:00hrs: Proceed to Abu Dhabi for a half day panoramic tour visiting iconic places like the Grand Mosque, etc
13:30hrs: Lunch at Indian restaurant
16:00hrs Later get back to Dubai to visit Burj Khalifa and Shopping at Dubai Mall and watch the amazing fountain show
20:00hrs: Dinner at Indian Restaurant
Check in to the Hotel and overnight Stay

Day 04 Dubai/Dolphin Show/Miracle Garden

Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, porter age.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Any sightseeing not mentioned in itinerary
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges 2.5% on the total billing.
Peak season supplement charges if any applicable

The hotels and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation. Rates may change in case of any changes in hotel, transport Airlines cost, government taxes or entrance fees.
The airfares are dynamic and subject to change and availability. We will be able to confirm the exact airfare only once the tickets are issued…any fare difference is to be borne by the client
Surcharges may be applicable over and above the holiday price for the requested period. The same will be advised at the time of booking or prior to confirmations.
Universal hotel check-in time is between 02.00 pm-03.00 pm and Check-out time is between 10.00 am-12.00 noon depending upon the Hotel / Resort
The above given rates are valid for Indian Nationals only
Note: Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal. (In case you require Private transfers, the same can be arranged at an additional cost)
Passenger Names (as per passport) of the travelers must be provided 45 days prior departure
BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. The Cheque / Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Bangalore. The balance could be settled prior to Departure.

PAYMENT POLICY

50% of the total tour cost is to be made in advance to process/ confirm the bookings.
Balance 50% payment to be received 30 working days prior to departure date.
For booking during peak season we will require full advance payment to enable us to confirm the reservations

CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% retention charges applicable in case of any amendments/ cancellation if travel dates are during peak season / trade fairs.

AIR TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY

The change/cancellation fees vary based on airlines rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
Partly utilized and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
Seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Check-In time is 2 pm and Check-Out time is 0800 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

Dates Cancellation

Until 60 days before departure 5% Cancellation Charges

Until 45 days before departure 50% Cancellation charge

Until 30 days before departure 100% Cancellation charge

Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged.

In case of No Show at the hotel, entire amount will be charged.

Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve, Trade Fairs etc... The additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be Borne by the client or can be paid by the client directly at the hotel.

Refunds if any shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date of request.
