Day 01: Delhi

- Namaste and Welcome to Delhi upon arrival at Delhi railway station / airport, get warm welcome from Tour manager.
- Arrive and check-in to the hotel.
- After settling into the room, the day is at your own discretion. Spend the day in doing the activities of your interest.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Shimla hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi

- Breakfast at the Hotel.
- Post Breakfast, Proceed for Sightseeing at Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat (the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi),Shanti Vana (the cremation sites of Jawaharlal Nehru) and Jama Masjid. Take a drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk.
- Post lunch visit Qutub Minar (built by Qutub -ud - Din Aibek in 1199), Humayuns Tomb, India Gate (War Memorial Arch) and Lakshminarayan Temple (a modern Hindu Temple). also Drive past Presidents House,Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place shopping centre.

Day 03 : Delhi-Agra

- After breakfast check out from the hotel & drive to Agra, On the way stop a while at Sikandara for photography.

Day 04: Agra-Jaipur

- At morning visit the Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument is made of white marble and it took 22 years to get constructed.

- Check out from the Hotel. Proceed to Jaipur. Enroute stop at Fatehpur Sikri, It was built between 1571 and 1585. It is one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendour. Though the city is in ruins, It is a must visit place for those who visit Agra. Fatehpur Sikri is a place where one should spend some time. The sunset over the ruins of this fort is a sight to be cherished

Day 05:Jaipur

- Visit the Amber Fort in the morning. Amber Fort was the capital of this state long time ago. Proceed for the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Victory) which is a hall glittering with mirrors. Ascend the Fort on an Jeep safari .
- Post Lunch Proceed for sightseeing at Jaipur, capital city of Rajasthan. It was painted in pink color a century ago in honor of a visiting Prince. Ever since Jaipur has retained this pink color. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, a notable astronomer this city is 260 years old. While in Jaipur visit Maharaja's City Palace the observatory and Ram Niwas gardens .

Day 06: Jaipur-Delhi

- Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement
- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
- Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
- Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
- The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged.
- In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided

- Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
- The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
- The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
- Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
- Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1200hrs - and Check-Out time is 1100hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.
- For Hotel change/cancellation fee, vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates.For exact cancellation/change fee, please call us.
- Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
- Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
- Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.

PAYMENT TERM FOR THE DEPARTURE
BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:
- Via online payment gateway.
- Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
- NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
- CASH.
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing
